This book was written for my daughter Hannah. Hannah was born in Regina, Saskatchewan in 2015 and has Down Syndrome. From the very first day of bringing her home from the hospital, she has been a bundle of joy! We want her to know that she has always been special to us and although life can be unfair sometimes, she could do anything she puts her mind to. Courage and love will get her to places near and far. This book is dedicated to all children with special needs and a portion of all book sales will go to the Canadian Down Syndrome Society.

A special thank you to the Early Childhood Intervention Program in Regina, Saskatchewan Canada, the Children’s Program at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre in Regina, Grandview Children’s Centre in Durham Region, Ms. Alaina Hoff, the staff at Prairie Lily Early Learning Centre. Ms. Tettman and the staff at Milestone Montessori in Ajax, Ontario and all the Special Education teachers near and far that help families through challenging times. Thank you for always advocating for special needs children to be included and respected. You help build that bridge that is needed especially in the education system.
